Refund policy

We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must:

    • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • Be in its original condition

    • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  2. Email us at support@zarihaus.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos or videos of the product

Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing photos or videos for verification

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side
